History :: 1953

Metalac was funded April 1953 with some lathes and 12 employees in Rua do Grito, in São Paulo. Metalac started producing Tellep Socket Head Cap Screws at that time. In 1957, Mr. Júlio Milko and Mr. Leo Francisco Braun took up the management of the company with a new business view and significant technology investments, turning Metalac into a differentiated company in the market because of the technology applied, product quality and modern management, regarding the human resources and the environment.
